Positive: Location- stunning! Felt very private, tucked away, yet a quick drive to go in to Akaroa for some fresh bread from A La Baguette in the morning. Facilities- had everything we needed, great size shower and having shampoo/conditioner/body wash, towels etc. Tranquil- beautiful views, no wind, sheltered Sun umbrella, deck to enjoy the bird song Use of high chair and portacot- thank you!
Negative: Quite early check out time Would have been good to know in advance that there was an upstairs of the house thats separate/not part of the booking as were initially unsure if that meant someone else might be staying there. Would be good to know the driveway is practically invisible at night from the road, hard to spot as the number 28 was on the opposite side of number 22 so were confused driving past 22 then next house was 30. It's very dark at night.
